Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Casino Influencer Network (“CIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit CasinoInfluencerNetwork.com, create or use a CIN account, maintain a creator, casino, or manufacturer profile, use network search and partnership tools, request verification, purchase a paid membership, contact support, or otherwise use CIN services (collectively, the “Network”).

CIN is a professional networking and marketing platform. CIN does not operate online gambling, accept wagers, hold casino deposits, sell gaming credits, or process gambling transactions.

1. Scope and Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to visitors, registered members, creators/influencers, representatives of regulated physical casinos, gaming manufacturers, applicants to partnership opportunities, and people who contact CIN. It does not govern a third party’s own website, social-media account, casino, manufacturer, payment service, or other service merely because CIN links to it.

2. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use CIN. Categories may include:

  • Account and identity information: name, display name, username, email address, password-related account records, email-verification status, account role, and login/account status.
  • Creator profile information: creator or channel name, profile photo or logo, city/state or other general location, audience locations, platforms, social links, audience size, average views, content specialties, services provided, biography, media-kit links or files, websites, and partnership information you choose to publish.
  • Casino and manufacturer profile information: business or property name, logo, business location, website, business contact information, representative role, casino classification, eligibility certifications, markets served, property/company descriptions, creator partnership information, and related business details.
  • Verification information: temporary CIN verification codes, linked public social accounts, business email domains, representative titles or roles, organization websites, verification notes, review decisions, review dates, and recent creator-provided audience analytics submitted for verification.
  • Opportunity and interaction information: campaign or opportunity postings, applications, applicant responses, partnership inquiries, application status, messages submitted through CIN forms, and other information you choose to share with another member.
  • Membership and billing information: membership tier, complimentary-Premium status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, billing-cycle dates, cancellation status, payment status, transaction references, and limited billing metadata. CIN does not receive or store your full payment-card number when you pay through Stripe.
  • Support and communications: your name, email address, support category, subject, message, and related correspondence when you contact CIN.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, authentication/session information, security events, and similar server or site-usage data.

Please do not submit unnecessary highly sensitive information. CIN does not ordinarily need Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, health information, financial-account passwords, biometric identifiers, or your precise home address to provide normal membership services. Do not upload those items unless CIN specifically requests them for a legitimate purpose and provides appropriate instructions.

3. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information from: (a) you directly; (b) your use of the Network and the devices or browsers you use; (c) public social-media pages, websites, or business domains that you ask us to review for verification; (d) other CIN members when they submit an application, inquiry, report, or support request involving you; (e) Stripe and other service providers that support billing, hosting, security, email, or site operations; and (f) public sources where reasonably necessary to verify an organization or investigate misuse.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts;
  • create, display, edit, moderate, and administer member profiles;
  • provide member search, discovery, applications, inquiries, opportunity posting, saved-list, and partnership features;
  • verify creator account ownership, audience claims, casino eligibility, and manufacturer or organization affiliation;
  • administer Free, paid Pro, and complimentary Premium memberships;
  • process and reconcile paid memberships through Stripe;
  • send account, billing, verification, security, support, and other service-related communications;
  • respond to support requests and disputes;
  • detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, or unlawful activity;
  • measure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the Network;
  • enforce our Membership Terms, Eligibility Policy, and other agreements; and
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or law-enforcement obligations.

5. Public Profiles and Visibility

CIN is designed to help members be discovered by potential business partners. If your profile is published, information you intentionally place on that profile may be visible through a direct profile URL and may be indexed or cached by search engines or other third parties. Depending on your profile type, public information may include your profile or business name, photo/logo, general location, audience location, platforms, audience metrics, content specialties, services provided, business/property details, websites or social links, verification badges, and Premium status.

CIN currently restricts identifiable directory/search results to logged-in members, but this does not make a published direct profile URL private. Do not place information on a public profile that you do not want publicly associated with you or your organization.

6. Verification Data

Creator ownership verification may involve a temporary CIN code placed on a public creator account. Organization verification may involve review of an official business email domain, website, role, and other affiliation information. Audience verification may involve recent screenshots or PDFs supplied by the creator.

Audience-verification evidence is not displayed publicly. The CIN system is designed to delete uploaded audience-verification evidence after an administrator approves or rejects the review. We may retain the resulting verification status, review date, expiration date, limited reviewer notes, and related audit information needed to administer and protect the verification program.

7. Member-to-Member Disclosures

When you apply to an opportunity, submit a partnership inquiry, respond to an application, or otherwise choose to interact with another member, CIN may disclose the information reasonably necessary to enable that interaction to the relevant member or authorized representative. Once information has been legitimately provided to another member, that member may have its own independent legal obligations and retention practices. CIN does not control how another member handles information after receiving it outside the Network.

8. Payments and Stripe

CIN uses Stripe-hosted services for paid memberships when enabled. Payment-card details entered into Stripe Checkout or Stripe’s Customer Portal are provided directly to Stripe, not to CIN. CIN may receive Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan information, payment/subscription status, invoice or transaction references, billing-cycle dates, cancellation status, and other limited information needed to provision and administer paid access. Stripe’s handling of information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms.

9. Service Providers and Other Recipients

We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that perform services for CIN, such as website hosting, infrastructure, security, email delivery, payment processing, analytics or performance measurement, data storage, and technical support. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for their services and are subject to their own contractual or legal obligations.

We may also disclose information: (a) when you direct or consent to the disclosure; (b) to comply with law, subpoena, court order, legal process, or valid governmental request; (c) to protect CIN, members, users, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm; (d) to investigate or enforce our agreements and policies; or (e) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

10. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

CIN does not sell personal information for money. CIN also does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use personal information to serve targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated businesses or websites. If those practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices or opt-out mechanisms.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

CIN and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, server logs, and similar technologies for essential functions such as login/authentication, account security, remembering preferences, fraud prevention, site operation, troubleshooting, and performance measurement. Third-party services that you visit through CIN, including Stripe and linked social-media or business websites, may use their own technologies under their own policies.

You can control certain cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, billing, or other Network features from working correctly.

12. Email and Communications

We may send transactional or service communications related to account creation, email verification, billing, security, profile verification, support, applications, or changes that affect the Network. You generally cannot opt out of communications necessary to operate or secure your account. If CIN sends optional marketing communications, you may opt out using the unsubscribe method provided in those messages, without affecting essential service communications.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including while your account or profile is active, to provide services, maintain security and fraud-prevention records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and context.

Deleting or closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. Information may remain in backups, transaction records, security logs, support records, legal holds, or records that CIN must retain by law or for legitimate business purposes. Public information may also remain in third-party caches or search-engine indexes outside CIN’s control.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, internet transmission, database, or security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password and protecting your login credentials.

If a security incident triggers notification duties under applicable law, CIN will provide legally required notices.

15. Your Account Choices

You can update many profile fields through your CIN dashboard. You may also choose not to provide optional profile information, although doing so may limit profile completeness, verification, discovery, or partnership functionality. To request account closure or assistance with information that cannot be changed in your dashboard, submit a Privacy Request through our Contact & Support page.

16. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to CIN, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to or confirmation of processing; obtain a copy of certain information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a denied request. Applicable rights and exceptions vary by state and circumstance.

CIN does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are generally used in U.S. state privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.

To submit a privacy-rights request, use our Contact & Support page and choose Privacy Request. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority to make the request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority where permitted by law.

17. International Users

CIN is operated primarily as a United States professional network. If you use CIN from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where CIN or its service providers operate. Where applicable data-protection law grants you additional rights, CIN will honor those rights to the extent legally required.

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, CIN’s processing may be based, as applicable, on performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Network and facilitating professional connections, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent prospectively, subject to applicable law.

18. Children and Age Restrictions

CIN is intended for adults and professional business use. The Network is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to CIN, contact us so we can review the matter.

19. Third-Party Websites and Services

CIN profiles, opportunities, media kits, or other pages may contain links to casinos, manufacturers, social-media platforms, creator websites, Stripe, and other third-party services. A link does not mean CIN controls that third party. Review the third party’s privacy policy before providing information to it.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Network, our practices, technology, service providers, or applicable law. We will post the revised Policy and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material and applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.

21. Contact Us and Privacy Requests

For privacy questions, requests to access, correct, or delete information, or other privacy-rights requests, visit our Contact & Support page and select Privacy Request. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account or records and understand your request. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the support form.
