Platform Eligibility & Acceptable Use Policy

Casino Influencer Network (“CIN”) is a professional networking platform for casino and gaming creators, physical regulated casino properties, gaming manufacturers, and approved gaming-industry partners. This policy explains who may participate and what types of casino businesses are not permitted.
1. Eligible Casino Profiles
A CIN casino profile must represent a physical casino or gaming property that operates under applicable governmental, tribal, state, provincial, or other recognized gaming regulation. Eligible examples include tribal casinos, commercial casinos, racinos or regulated gaming properties, and other physical regulated casino properties approved by CIN.
2. Casino Profiles We Do Not Permit
- Online-only casinos or internet casino operators
- Sweepstakes casinos
- Dual-currency gambling or sweepstakes-style casino systems
- Social casino platforms used to promote or monetize gambling-style play
- Unregulated, illegal, or improperly licensed gambling operators
- Businesses that falsely claim to be a physical regulated casino
3. Gaming Manufacturers
Gaming manufacturers and suppliers participate through the separate Gaming Manufacturer profile type. Manufacturer eligibility does not convert an online casino or sweepstakes casino into an eligible casino profile.
4. Member Certification
Anyone creating or editing a casino profile must certify that the organization represents a physical regulated casino property and does not represent an online casino, sweepstakes casino, social or dual-currency casino platform, or unregulated gambling operator. Providing false or misleading eligibility information may result in rejection, suspension, removal of verification, or account termination.
5. CIN Review and Verification
CIN may review the casino classification, public property website, business email domain, representative role, regulatory or property information, and other reasonable signals before approving a profile or granting CIN Verification. A CIN Verified badge confirms that CIN reviewed specified ownership or affiliation information; it is not a legal opinion, gaming-license certification, endorsement, or guarantee of regulatory compliance.
6. Ongoing Eligibility
Members must keep profile information accurate. CIN may request updated information, suspend or remove a profile, revoke verification, or restrict network access if an organization no longer meets this policy or if CIN reasonably believes the profile is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Network.
7. Professional Conduct
Members must use CIN for legitimate professional networking and partnership activity. Members are responsible for complying with applicable gaming, advertising, disclosure, privacy, intellectual-property, employment, tax, and marketing rules that apply to their activities.
