Paid Membership Terms

These Paid Membership Terms apply when a Casino Influencer Network (“CIN”) member purchases Creator Pro, Casino Pro, or Manufacturer Pro. They supplement CIN’s other platform policies.
1. Subscription Plans
Creator Pro is currently offered at $29 per month. Casino Pro and Manufacturer Pro are currently offered at the same Partner Pro rate of $99 per month. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Current checkout pricing controls if it differs from older marketing copy.
2. Automatic Renewal
Paid memberships automatically renew at the applicable recurring interval until canceled. By starting a paid membership, you authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
3. Billing Provider
Paid membership checkout and billing management are processed by Stripe. CIN does not store your full payment-card number. Stripe’s terms and privacy practices also apply to information you provide directly to Stripe.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel through the Manage Billing link in your CIN member dashboard when Stripe billing is enabled. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
5. Premium Features
Premium features may include enhanced profile presentation, priority placement, direct-contact functionality, analytics, media-kit tools, unlimited campaign postings, saved creator lists, or other features described on the current Pricing page. CIN may improve or modify features over time while maintaining the overall value of the applicable plan.
6. No Guarantee of Business Results
A paid membership provides access to platform features. It does not guarantee partnership offers, casino invitations, revenue, audience growth, sponsorships, placements, or any particular business result.
7. Complimentary Premium
CIN may grant complimentary Premium access at its discretion. Complimentary access is separate from paid billing and may have an expiration date. A complimentary grant does not create a paid subscription unless the member separately completes paid checkout.
8. Eligibility and Conduct
Paid status does not bypass CIN verification, casino eligibility, acceptable-use, or professional-conduct requirements. Premium is not a purchased verification badge.
9. Price Changes
CIN may change plan pricing for future billing periods. When required, affected members will receive notice before a new recurring price takes effect.
10. Gambling Transactions
CIN membership payments purchase professional networking and platform services only. CIN does not accept wagers, casino deposits, gaming credits, sweepstakes coins, or gambling transactions.
