Casino Influencer Network (“CIN”) is a professional networking and marketplace platform designed to connect casino creators, regulated physical casinos, and gaming manufacturers. CIN provides tools that allow members to discover, communicate with, and pursue potential business relationships with one another.

CIN Is Not a Party to Member Deals

CIN is not a party to, agent for, broker of, employer of, representative of, fiduciary for, joint venturer with, or guarantor for any agreement, transaction, sponsorship, appearance, promotion, campaign, payment, reimbursement, content license, travel arrangement, product demonstration, or other business arrangement entered into between members unless CIN separately signs a written agreement expressly stating otherwise.

Members Are Responsible for Their Own Agreements

Any agreement or business relationship formed through CIN is solely between the participating parties. Each party is responsible for conducting its own due diligence, negotiating and documenting terms, verifying authority and qualifications, determining compensation and expenses, addressing content and intellectual-property rights, complying with applicable laws and regulations, fulfilling contractual obligations, making or receiving payments, handling taxes, obtaining necessary licenses or approvals, and resolving disputes.

Verification Is Not a Guarantee

CIN may review limited information for profile or audience verification, but CIN does not guarantee the identity, authority, qualifications, financial condition, performance, accuracy of representations, suitability, legality, or reliability of any member, opportunity, offer, product, property, campaign, or proposed business relationship.

No Responsibility for Member-to-Member Outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIN is not responsible for losses, damages, nonpayment, failed agreements, cancellations, missed obligations, travel expenses, content disputes, intellectual-property disputes, regulatory issues, tax issues, reputational harm, or other claims arising from relationships or transactions between users of the platform.

CIN Does Not Operate Gambling

CIN does not operate a casino, accept wagers, hold gambling funds, sell gaming credits, facilitate gambling transactions, or guarantee or endorse any specific creator, casino, manufacturer, opportunity, product, service, or partnership.

Use of CIN is also subject to the Membership Terms, Platform Eligibility & Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and, for paid memberships, the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
